1、雞肉用醃料醃製15分鐘;
2、胡蘿蔔放入沸水中略煮,瀝乾;
3、用2湯匙油炒熟雞肉;
4、加入胡蘿蔔、腰果、香葉及叉燒醬,炒勻至熱透。
