研究方向

1.化學生物學,研究包括糖蛋白所含的唾液酸的功能,如IgG;
2.化學或酶催化法引入非天然唾液酸到蛋白上改善其生物活性
3.酶催化法合成含有唾液酸的小分子或納米材料探針把小分子藥物或蛋白質運載到特定的細胞內。
