人物經歷

2007年7月於河北工業大學化工學院生物工程專業獲得工學學士學位，2014年1月於中科院大連化學物理研究所生物技術部獲得工學博士學位，同年受聘於西北農林科技大學葡萄酒學院葡萄酒學研究室，現從事葡萄酒生物技術研究。

開設課程

開設的本科生課程有《葡萄工藝學》、《葡萄酒工藝學實驗》、《葡萄酒微生物學》等，研究生課程有《葡萄與葡萄酒學研究進展》、《高級葡萄酒微生物學》等。

學術成果

主持科研項目11項目，教改項目1項，精品課程1項，累計到位經費75.2萬元。指導大學生創新創業訓練計畫國家級項目2項、省級項目1項、校級重點項目1項。發表論文24篇。其中，在Nature Communications、Journal of the American Chemical Society、Food Chemistry、Food Research International、Biotechnology for Biofuels、Bioresource Technology等國際著名SCI期刊上發表論文17篇，ESI高被引論文1篇，中科院大類一區論文11篇，教改論文1篇，獲授權的國家發明專利2件。
