研究方向:細菌性感染介導的宿主先天免疫分子機制
1. 主要從事海洋病原細菌殺魚愛德華氏菌毒力因子鑑定及其介導的魚類宿主免疫應答分子機制研究。主持國家自然科學基金青年基金項目“細菌類硫氧還蛋白調控MAPK信號通路及魚類抗感染機制的研究”(31602187),參加國家“863”海洋技術領域重點項目“遲鈍愛德華氏菌活疫苗的套用研究和產業化開發”(2013AA093101)、國家自然科學基金重點項目“遲鈍愛德華氏菌T3SS效應蛋白的系統鑑定及其與魚類宿主互作機制研究”(31430090) 。
2. 以斑馬魚幼魚為模型,研究炎症小體(inflammasome)激活在細菌性感染過程發揮的分子功能,並進行相關抗感染藥物的篩選。主持2016上海市浦江人才計畫(D)類項目(2016PJD020)和2016上海市晨光計畫項目,入選中國科協2016-2018年度“青年人才托舉工程”項目。
學術兼職:
中國免疫學會高級會員。
