陳曉嵐,女,1964年12月出生,河南省鄭州市人。理學博士,現為鄭州大學化學系有機專業教授,碩士生導師。2005年度河南省傑出青年基金,國家自然科學基金獲得者。曾留學英國Reading University, 博士期間的導師是趙玉芬院士,現在趙玉芬院士領導的化學生物與有機化學省重點實驗室從事研究工作,在天然產物的提取和結構確認,天然產物的磷醯化結構改造,磷醯化黃酮和功能蛋白弱相互作用等方面開展了有益探索和研究。

個人簡介

陳曉嵐,博士,二級教授,鄭州大學特聘教授(學科骨幹),博士/碩士研究生導師,河南省高等學校教學名師;河南省高層次人才;河南省優秀創新型科技團隊主持人;英國Reading大學留學、美國南加州大學高級訪問學者;河南省化學會常務理事。主要從事有機合成方法學、有機磷化學、藥物化學及化學生物學等方面研究。主持完成國家自然科學基金項目多項,主持河南省傑出青年基金、河南省科技創新人才計畫、鄭州市科技領軍人才等項目;主持兩項國家級教學項目:國家雙語教學示範課程(2010質量工程:有機化學)和來華留學英語授課品牌課程(2013有機化學)。教學累計工作量超過7000,培養碩士研究生60餘人、博士研究生7人、博士後7人;以第一作者或通訊作者在“J. Am. Chem. Soc.”, “Green Chem.”, “Anal. Chem.”, “Chem. Commun.”, “Org. Lett.”, “Adv. Synth. Catal.”, “J. Org. Chem.”, “Bioconjugate Chem.”, “Ultrason Sonochem”等期刊發表科研論文130餘篇,其中SCI收錄論文110餘篇,總被他引次數達千餘次,其中JCR一區論文50餘篇,2019年發表ESI前百分之一高被引論文4篇,ESI前千分之一熱點論文3篇。

主要經歷

1983.9-1987.6,在鄭州大學化學系學習,獲得理學學士學位;1996.1-1997.1,在英國READING大學留學,主要從事天然產物化學研究;2001.9-2004.6,在鄭州大學化學系攻讀博士學位;2000-2005,鄭州大學化學系副教授;2005年至今,鄭州大學化學系教授;2006.8-2007.2,作為高級訪問學者,在美國南加州大學化學藥學系進行合作科研。

研究方向

化學生物與有機化學

研究領域

化學生物學、有機磷化學和天然藥物化學。近幾年來,系統開展了化學生物學、天然藥物化學、有機磷化學等方面的研究,在藥物結構改造和小分子與大分子相互作用方面開展了出色的工作, 合成了系列磷醯化黃酮化合物,並用螢光與ESI質譜法研究比較了黃酮及其磷醯化產物與蛋白的相互作用,並對改造的有機磷小分子化合物活性進行了研究,探討了磷醯化黃酮抗腫瘤作用及其機理。與美國南加州大學藥學化學系進行合作開展雙膦螢光標記物的合成和作用機理的研究。
