人物介紹

陳晨,分別於2004年及2009年獲得北京大學信息科學技術學院理學學士及工學博士學位,從2009年起在北京大學工作,先後擔任北京大學信息科學技術學院/電子學院博士後、講師、副教授、研究員(Full Research Professor)。

研究方向

主要研究方向包括:新一代天基/地基通信網路、大數據分析和醫療信息化理論和技術等。
天基通信網路
作為分系統負責人研製新一代的衛星通信網路項目,並主筆其網路管理系統標準和業務發布管理系統標準,該項目系統於十三五期間獲得廣泛的技術套用,直接產值轉化超過5億元,並獲得國家科技進步一等獎(2018)。另外,作為項目主持人承擔國家科技重大專項的衛星軌道計算工作,承研衛星(2顆)已分別於2018年5月和6月成功發射。
地基通信網路
面向無人駕駛、智慧物流等套用場景研究天地一體化通信的網聯協同、智慧型融合及時、空、頻、碼等各類資源的感知最佳化。作為項目主持人或本單位負責人承擔包括科技部-科技創新2030-“新一代人工智慧”重大項目、科技部-網路空間安全-重點專項、國家自然科學基金面上項目、省部自然科學基金重點項目等十餘項國家/省部級科研項目。近期提出的“複雜高速移動場景下的信道建模理論”獲得了中國通信學會科學技術獎一等獎(2023),“多智慧型車的彈性協同感知理論”獲得了中國自動化學會自然科學獎一等獎(2023);以第一作者發表在《IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing》和《IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications》的成果兩次獲得北京市青年優秀科技論文獎(省部級,2013、2018);發表在《IEEE Intelligent Systems》關於下一代車聯網的綜述論文是當年的ESI熱點論文(Top 0.1%)和ESI高被引論文(Top 1%);共三次獲得IEEE國際學術會議IEEE ICNC、IEEE GLOBECOM及IEEE ICCS的最佳論文獎(獲獎率均小於0.5%);擔任知名國際期刊IET Communications編委、Frontiers in Communications and Networks編委、IEEE Vehicular Technology Conference分會主席以及多個國際學術會議的論壇主席、技術程式委員會委員及審稿人等。
大數據分析/醫療信息化理論和技術
基於大數據/人工智慧分析技術,構建網路及數據最佳化模型並套用於網路信息管理、醫療信息化交叉學科領域研究。作為項目主持人或本單位負責人承擔包括“網路大數據的數據與隱私保護基礎理論研究”、“中國居民慢性病康復知識教育數據平台”、“基於電子病歷大數據和基因組學探索膿毒症亞型和精準治療的研究”、“基於深度學習的人體虛擬實時四維透視導航技術”等國家重點研發計畫(973)項目、北京大學臨床醫學+X青年專項、北京大學新工科交叉專項及北京大學醫學-信息科學聯合研究基金項目。

研究成果

近期編著中英文學術專著4部,在《IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications》、《IEEE Intelligent Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing》、《IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology》、《IEEE Transactions on Communications》、《IEEE Internet of Things Journal》等國際刊物及GLOBECOM、ICC、VTC等旗艦學術會議上發表論文100餘篇,其中包括SCI檢索期刊論文80餘篇,學院A類論文50餘篇,影響因子在10以上(IF大於10)的論文6篇,1篇ESI熱點論文(Top 0.1%)和4篇ESI高被引論文(Top 1%),發布2項行業標準、3項團體標準。
