研究方向
共生固氮。重點解析影響根瘤菌與豆科植物共生固氮關係、共生固氮效率的內在和外在分子機制。
科研方面,圍繞根瘤菌與豆科植物共生固氮關係開展研究,涉及根瘤菌的多樣性、系統發育、生物地理學、分子生態學、根瘤菌與豆科植物的分子識別與信號交流,根瘤菌的適應性進化和代謝調控對共生固氮效率的影響,高活性根瘤菌菌劑研製及農業生產上的套用示範等研究。
