研究領域
1. 作物鎂營養高效的生物學機制
鎂是植物生長發育的必需營養元素之一,參與植物各種生理生化反應。一旦鎂供應不足,植物生長將受到抑制,最終導致農作物產量及品質的下降。本課題組長期從事作物鎂離子的營養功能及其運輸機制的研究,近年來在解析鎂參與的養分轉運、逆境脅迫、光合固碳及糖分配等方面取得一定研究進展,為養分高效作物遺傳改良提供理論依據。
2. 大豆與根瘤菌共生的養分交換機制
豆科作物-根瘤菌共生固氮是農業生態系統中重要的氮源,營養物質的交換是豆科作物與根瘤菌共生的基礎,根瘤菌為豆科作物提供氮源,豆科作物為根瘤菌提供碳源及礦質養分,二者公平交易,互惠互利。本課題組通過研究大豆根瘤養分轉運蛋白的生物學功能,來解析養分交換的機制,並挖掘其提高共生固氮的潛能
