陳建軍，男，1973年出生，寧夏石嘴山市人，中國科學院國家天文台高級工程師，LAMOST運行發展中心數據部副主任，天文技術與方法博士。

2004年起在中科院國家天文台LAMOST運行發展中心工作至今。主要從事LAMOST光纖光譜數據處理和CSST無縫光譜數據處理方面的研究工作，另外開展星際介質和星際吸收帶方面的研究工作。先後主持承擔國家自然科學基金面上項目1項、天文聯合基金1項，參與國家重點研發計畫1項、國家自然科學基金重大項目1項。
