學術研究

陳嘉瑜博士主要進行細胞命運轉變過程中的表觀遺傳調控機制研究,以及基於CRISPR/Cas9基因編輯技術的疾病模型構建的研究。首次證明了DNA羥甲基化酶Tet1及DNA羥甲基化調控細胞重編程的機制及其對細胞多能性的影響,研究成果在Cell Stem Cell雜誌以封面研究發表,並被評為2013年度最佳論文之一。2018年,合作揭示了Stella參與卵子發生過程中DNA甲基化模式建立的機制,並首次在體內證實了DNMT1可以作為起始性DNA甲基化轉移酶,打破了教科書里關於DNMT1隻是維持性DNA甲基化轉移酶的論斷,研究成果發表在Nature雜誌。此外,陳嘉瑜博士以主要骨幹身份參與科技部“國家重點研發計畫幹細胞及轉化研究重點專項”及“國家重大科學研究計畫(973)”各一項,主持國家自然科學基金“面上項目”一項,結題國家自然科學基金“青年項目”一項。近幾年,陳嘉瑜博士在NatureCell Stem CellCell ResearchStem Cell Reports等國際知名學術期刊發表相關成果30餘篇(SCI),其中第一作者(含共同)或通訊作者論文(含共同)總計12篇。此外,陳嘉瑜博士培養的多位碩士或博士研究生獲得研究生國家或校級獎學金。
