陳作志，男，博士，副研究員，農業部南海漁業資源開發利用重點實驗室副主任，主要從事漁業資源和海洋生態學方面的研究，在南海漁業資源普查、漁業食物網結構及資源評估等方面作了創新性工作。自參加工作以來，主持或參加了20多項國家和省部級重大課題研究，發表論文50篇，其中SCI收錄10篇；參加過1部專著的編寫；作為主要完成獲得水科院及廣東省科技進步獎4項次。

教育經歷：
·1995年9月~1999年7月，在湖北農學院農教系學習，獲淡水漁業學士學位，導師為楊廣教授；
·2000年9月~2003年7月，上海水產大學海洋學院學習，獲漁業資源評估與管理碩士學位，導師為邱永松研究員；
·2005年9月~2008年7月，在上海海洋大學海洋學院學習，獲上海海洋大學漁業資源專業博士學位，導師為賈曉平研究員。
工作經歷：
·2003年7月~2006年6月，南海水產研究所，漁業資源室，研究實習員；
·2006年7月~2010年12月，南海水產研究所，漁業資源室，助理研究員；
·2011年1月~至今，南海水產研究所，漁業資源室，副研究員。
·2013年10月~2014年10月，獲國家留學基金資助，赴澳大利亞開展了為期1年的訪問學者研究。
研究成果
1、首次全面系統地開展了南海漁業資源系統性普查，調查範圍覆蓋南海全海域，基本摸清了南海漁業資源現狀及演替趨勢；
2、開展了南海區首個區域性戰略環境影響評價項目，引進環境風險評價在工程建設對區域環境影響評價研究中，研究成果被環保部採納入政策和規劃的制定。
3、開展了氣候變化背景下人類活動對海洋生態系統結構和功能的研究，推動基於生態系統水平漁業資源管理研究的水平。
獲獎情況
1、“廣東省海域漁業資源和漁業環境調查評估與可持續利用對策”（2000-2004）， 2005年獲得中國水產科學研究院科技進步二等獎；2006年獲得廣東省科技進步二等獎。
2、“南海北部近海漁業資源及其生態系統水平管理策略”，2011年度中國水產科學研究院科技進步獎一等獎。2013獲得廣東省科技進步二等獎。
