關爽,男,博士,吉林大學食品科學與工程學院副教授,博士生導師。畢業於吉林大學,獲得藥理學博士學位,康奈爾大學訪問學者。主講《食品毒理學》、《食品免疫學》、《食品質量與安全》和《分子毒理學》(研究生課)。近年來主持或參加多項省部級科研課題及企業課題,以第一作者或通訊作者發表SCI論文約28篇。主要從事食品中有害物質毒性機理及安全評價研究、長白山特色資源綜合開發研究。
