鋼盤蒸雞

材料:土雞半隻斬件、乾蔥、紅棗、香菇、薑片、沖菜(後放)各適量、碎胡椒半匙。所有材料放入鋼盤,用生抽2匙、糖1匙、味素1小匙、生粉4小匙、油1匙半調味,平鋪於鋼盤內,不要重疊猛火蒸8分鐘至熟,熄火,撒上沖菜絲和蔥段拌勻,趁熱吃。
