個人簡介
美國南加州大學會計學博士，香港城市大學商學院會計學系副教授，美國會計協會會員。2003年8月至2011年7月曾擔任香港大學商學院助理教授。主要研究方向包括財務報告和資本市場監管。同時，她也從事公司管治、組織和CEO薪酬激勵系統方面的研究。鄭博士的論文經常發表在會計、組織與社會、會計及經濟學等方面的學術期刊中。而教學興趣方面，注重財務會計或管理會計方面的課程。 |
