鄭志傑，男，美國北卡羅來納大學流行病學哲學博士。北京大學博雅講席教授、博士生導師、公共衛生學院全球衛生系主任。
主要研究方向為全球衛生戰略、醫療急救體系與政策、慢性非傳染性疾病流行規律與干預策略。

先後擔任美國肯塔基大學醫學院醫學繫心內科學系和預防醫學系助理教授，美國聯邦疾病控制預防中心心腦血管病預防部主任流行病學專家，美國國立衛生研究院國家心肺血液病研究所教授、全球健康與國際項目辦公室主任、科學研究轉化中心資深項目主任，上海交通大學冠名講席教授、公共衛生學院院長等職。
