研究方向
主要開展腫瘤及免疫細胞分化的表觀遺傳學研究,聚焦腫瘤發生髮展的組蛋白修飾以及腫瘤免疫中的表觀遺傳學修飾分子機制。近幾年的研究證實了表觀調控因子menin通過印跡非依賴途徑促進肝細胞肝癌IGF2基因的表達,進而導致肝細胞肝癌惡性進展的表觀遺傳學分子機制;闡明了TrxG與PcG家族成員在單核細胞向巨噬細胞的分化及功能活化中的重要生物學功能及其表觀遺傳學機制等。部分研究成果發表在BBA-Gene Regulatory Mechanisms, FEBS J等SCI雜誌。
