1.數據分析軟體R及其基本操作軟體包,包括但不限於:用於數據操作的dplyr,作圖的ggplot2等;
2.人工智慧機器學習算法軟體包,例如:caret,pandas/scikit-learn,H2O.ai等;
3.集群環境 Proxmox,雲共享軟體開發,軟體容器 Linux container 或者 Docker;
4.關係資料庫 PostgreSQL,分散式資料庫MongoDB;
5.MVC框架如Django,Ruby on Rails等;

實驗室的研究方向還包括以X-射線晶體衍射和冷凍電鏡技術為主要手段,結合分子生物學、生物化學、細胞生物學、免疫學、生物物理學等多個學科的方法手段,研究金屬結合蛋白以及金屬藥物與蛋白複合物的結構,闡明其發揮功能的分子機制,並將其套用到診斷治療、培育養殖上面去。例如:(a)鋅依賴性金屬蛋白酶SAS1B:該蛋白在卵細胞和癌細胞表面有特異表達,可以作為癌細胞的天然標記蛋白,所以SAS1B 抗體可作為抗癌藥物的給藥載體。(b)人體血清中轉運小分子的白蛋白(Albumin):該蛋白具有鋅的特異結合位點,還有可能參與其他金屬小分子的轉運,在金屬結合和轉運中起到重要作用。(c)鈣結合蛋白AVIL:該蛋白的表達與橫紋肌肉瘤密切相關。(d)來自鯉魚的43kD 鋅結合蛋白ZBP:該蛋白作為細胞表面受體參與細胞粘連(cell adhesion),與鯉魚的消化道組織中經常發現極高濃度的鋅有關。
