鄧子龍,男,同濟大學環境科學與工程學院助理教授、碩士生導師。上海市環境與生態IV類高峰學科創新團隊成員、美國食品科技學會Institute of Food Technologist (IFT)會員。SCI雜誌Separations的客座編輯以及Scientific Report、Science of the Total Environment、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules和Food Chemistry等多個SCI期刊的審稿人。

人物簡介

鄧子龍,男,同濟大學環境科學與工程學院助理教授、碩士生導師,研究方向為生物質資源化和高值化製備的納米纖維素及其複合材料在環境水污染控制和食品果蔬保鮮等領域的組裝、套用及機理研究。 近5年累計發表SCI論文23篇,其中12篇為第一/通訊作者,專利授權和申請5項。
