1998月7月畢業於同濟醫科大學醫學系消化專業獲醫學博士學位 。1999年1月—2006.6在美國約翰霍普金斯大學腫瘤中心從事博士後研究工作。2005年至今被聘為鄭州大學特聘教授。2007年5月至今被聘為中國人民解放軍總醫院消化科研究員。主要從事腫瘤表觀遺傳學(Epigenetics)方面的研究,特別是消化系統腫瘤的表觀遺傳學研究。在<<Newengland Journal of Medicine>>等國際學術期刊已發表論文(SCI)60餘篇。主編中文專著一部,編寫英文章節的專著兩部。申請專利3項。目前承擔973、863、國家重點科學儀器專項、國家自然科學基金面上項目、國家自然科學基金創新群體基金、國家自然科學基金中美合作基金等項目。

長期從事腫瘤的分子診斷及發病機制的研究,特別是在腫瘤表觀遺傳學方面具有一定的研究積累,對食管癌等消化道腫瘤進行了大量研究。
