郭國驥,男,現任浙江大學醫學院教授,博士生導師。2014年由浙江大學高層次人才引進計畫從哈佛大學醫學院引進並全職回國,成為浙江大學最年輕的教授之一。2015年入選中組部“國家青年千人計畫”,2017年獲“國家優秀青年基金”。其科研團隊主要利用單細胞分析技術研究幹細胞的再生和分化機制。

個人簡介
2005年畢業於武漢大學生命科學學院生物技術專業,獲學士學位。2010年畢業於新加坡國立大學,獲得理學博士學位。之後赴美國哈佛大學醫學院從事博士後研究工作,任丹娜法伯癌症研究院及波士頓兒童醫院Research Fellow。2014受聘於浙江大學醫學院,擔任教授至今。2015年入選中組部“國家青年千人計畫”,2017年獲“國家優秀青年基金”。

單細胞分析技術
主要成就
利用單細胞基因表達譜分析的手段來研究幹細胞的分化路徑和分化機制,開闢了單細胞系統生物學新領域。建立並最佳化了高通量單細胞定量PCR的基本實驗方法,以及數據分析手段。構建Microwell-seq高通量單細胞分析平台,並繪製全球首個哺乳動物細胞圖譜。在胚胎期幹細胞系統和成體造血幹細胞系統中發現了譜系基因預表達的現象,解析了這一現象的分子機制,並進一步闡明了其對幹細胞終端分化的影響。五年內在Cell, Cell Stem Cell, Developmental Cell等著名期刊發表學術論文10餘篇,總影響因子180分,總引用率650餘次。
