擔任Chemical Physics Letters,Chinese Physics Letters,Chinese Physics B, Journal of Nanoparticle Research, Journal of Chemical Physics等雜誌審稿人。
研究方向
自1983年參加工作以來一直在高等院校從事凝聚態物理、物理電子學和新材料領域的教學與科研工作。
1、碳納米管的製備、性能及其套用研究;
2、納米材料和納米器件;
薄膜成核與生長理論;
4、金剛石薄膜材料的製備、性能及其套用研究;
5、光伏材料及太陽能電池。
主講課程
講授過的課程:
《固體理論》、《晶體生長》、《大學物理》、《固體物理學》、《量子力學》、《高頻電子線路》、《半導體物理學》、《納米科學與技術》等本科、研究生課程。
學術成果
先後講授二十幾門物理、電子與材料等方面的課程。參與國家自然科學基金重大項目、863項目的研究,主持省自然基金重點項目和教育廳重點項目的研究,完成多項縱向與橫向科研項目和新產品的開發任務。發表Sci收錄的研究論文50餘篇,論著3篇章,發明專利3項。
