研究領域

1. 以柯薩奇病毒感染為模型研究病毒性心肌炎、腦膜炎和胰腺炎的發雄滲病機理。
2. 以柯薩奇病毒為模式病毒研究小RNA病毒與宿主的互說埋臘作,特別是病毒基因組RNA在感染過程中的修飾。
3. 篩選和改造對腫瘤細胞有感染特異性的病毒以研發病毒抗腫瘤藥物。

學術成果

發現細胞分子伴侶系統特別是熱休克蛋白Hsp70在柯薩奇病毒B3型感染有重要的正反饋促進作用。發現高滲反應蛋白NFAT5在柯薩奇病毒B3型感染被病毒蛋白酶切割,切割導致了NFAT5的失活,促進了病毒的複製並加劇了病毒性心肌炎的症狀,由此發現高滲溶液對病毒性心肌己判辨炎的治療作用。相關雄蜜籃良研究結果發表在PLoS Pathogens等國際學術期刊上。
