工作經歷
1991.6～1995.9 航空航天部國營第五四零廠工程師、技術設備處副處長；
1995.10～2007.2中國人民武裝警察部隊學院消防指揮系教授、搶險救援教研室主任
1998.2～1998.8 大連市消防支隊特勤大隊掛職副大隊長；
2007．2～至今 常州大學安全工程系主任、安全工程研究所所長、教授。

主持和參與國家自然科學基金、“十五”公關項目等國家級、省部級等縱向研究項目15項，其中主持國家自然科學基金面上項目1項，主持省部級項目6項。獲得省部級科技成果獎3項。獲得國家教學成果一等獎1項。 在國內外學術期刊和學術會議以第一作者發表論文100餘篇，其中SCI 、EI檢索20多篇。
