人物簡介

邢國剛,醫學博士,教授,博士生導師,北京大學神經科學研究所副所長。主要研究慢性痛,揭示疼痛慢性化及共病焦慮抑鬱的外周與中樞機制。主持和參加包括國家自然科學基金、北京市自然科學基金、國家重點基礎研究發展計畫(“973”計畫)課題、國家重大科研儀器研製項目、國家重點研發計畫項目、國家衛健委行業專項基金等多項國家級與省部級課題,在Advanced Materials, Molecular Psychiatry, The Journal of Neuroscience, Pain, Science Signaling等國內外學術期刊上發表研究論著100餘篇。參加編寫《神經科學》(第4版)、國家衛健委“十三五”規劃教材《生理學》及《康復生理學》(人民衛生出版社)等教材和專著10部。獲得北京市自然科學獎二等獎(2019年)、北京市科學技術獎二等獎(2012年)和中國針灸學會科學技術獎二等獎(2010年)等獎項。

研究方向

(1) 疼痛與記憶、認知和情緒機制研究
採用分子生物學、細胞生物學、行為藥理學、基因組學、代謝組學和單細胞測序的方法,結合神經示蹤、活體鈣成像、電生理學、光遺傳學、化學遺傳學和表觀遺傳學技術,從分子、細胞水平,突觸水平,以及神經網路水平來研究離子通道與慢性痛的感覺、認知和負性情緒機制,包括疼痛記憶、認知障礙、焦慮、抑鬱及其共病的中樞神經網路機制。
(2) 幹細胞與神經發育障礙性疾病研究
採用細胞重編程技術,利用化學小分子誘導人尿源性和血源性誘導多能幹細胞(iPSCs),定向分化神經細胞、體外培養腦類器官,建立神經發育障礙性疾病的細胞模型及腦類器官模型;結合上述各種神經生物學技術和組學方法,研究神經發育障礙性疾病的發病機制;結合基因編輯技術進行疾病的干預措施研究。
(3) 男性生殖細胞發育及不孕不育機制研究
採用分子生物學、細胞生物學、形態學和行為藥理學的方法,結合電生理學、表觀遺傳學和細胞重編程技術,研究男性生殖細胞發育及不孕不育機制。
