《運籌學（英文版）》包含了運籌學的主要內容，包括線性規劃、對偶規劃、運輸問題、目標規劃、整數規劃、圖論與網路規劃、動態規劃、對策論等主要分支。適用於理、工科專業，旨在提高學生運用數學知識解決實際問題的能力。目前國內外有關運籌學的教材基本上是上個世紀八、九十年代的版本，大部分是經濟、管理專業的，有些理論性太強，有些只有套用沒有理論，都不適合我們的教學要求。另外，教材在內容上注意了學習過程中與學生的融合、互動，比如，有些定理只給出結論，把證明留給學生完成，這樣有助於提高學生學習的主動性與參與性。所有內容按難、中、易可供不同專業學生選講。
