研究方向

動物分子與細胞工程育種:主要致力於羊雞豬分子與細胞學標記研發與產業化推廣;完善與發展畜禽轉基因和基因編輯技術,深度挖掘與畜禽抗病能力、肌肉和毛囊發育相關基因或標記,闡明重要經濟性狀發生與發展的分子機制。

學術成果

科研工作

主持了國家轉基因生物新品種培育重大課題:抗病轉基因羊新品種培育課題,利用轉基因技術,瞄準人畜共患的布魯氏桿菌(誘發布氏桿菌病,布病),通過過表達先天免疫分子TLR4基因,提高轉基因羊對布氏桿菌的探測能力,進而防止布氏桿菌的免疫逃逸,無論在布病爆發疫區還是活體攻毒,轉基因羊均表現出明顯的抗布病能力,為牧民的身心健康和畜產品的安全性均提供了全新解決方案。在此基礎上,通過CRISPR/CAS9基因編輯技術,在國際上率先獲得了MSTN和FGF5基因編輯綿羊,掌握了國際前沿技術。利用自主開發的規模化雞外周血單核/巨噬細胞吞噬能力檢測試劑盒,雙向、多代選擇高低吞噬積群體,低吞噬積群體的產蛋率明顯優於高吞噬積群體,為提高蛋雞產蛋率提供了新型細胞學標記
