工作經歷
2001年-2003年到清華大學工程力學系進行博士後研究工作。2003年10月到北京航空航天大學宇航學院任教。2008年-2009年赴英國南安普敦大學工程科學系進行學術訪問。2010年-2011於中國商用飛機有限責任公司北京民用飛機技術研究中心掛職鍛鍊。
獲得第二屆中國複合材料青年科學家獎、2016年杜慶華力學與工程獎優秀青年學者獎,2016何鴻燊獎教金一等獎,2011北航科學技術獎二等獎等多項獎勵。兼任中國複合材料學會監事會秘書;北京力學會副秘書長、固體力學專業委員會副主任委員;北方七省市力學學會學術工作委員會常務委員;國際華人計算力學學會執行委員會委員;航天一院一部科技委外聘專家等職。

主要成就
長期從事飛行器結構的破壞理論和力學設計研究,特別在先進複合材料結構方面,發展了先進複合材料結構宏微觀多重模式損傷耦合擴展的漸進失效理論,建立了全複合材料非平面膠接連線的破壞理論,提出一系列高精度的複合材料螺栓連線的失效預測方法。研究成果解決了6個航天型號歸零難題,並在航空航天5個型號研製中發揮了重要作用。
主持國家自然科學基金3項,工信部民機專項科研項目1項,863項目3項,航空、航天院所型號預研和攻關項目30餘項。以第一作者出版工信部“十二五”規劃專著《先進複合材料連線結構分析方法》,發表SCI論文40餘篇、EI論文45篇,授權發明專利16項,登記軟體著作權10項。
