趙先恩

趙先恩,男,博士,曲阜師範大學化學與化工學院教授(三級)博士生導師,中國化學會有機分析化學專業委員會委員。國家自然科學基金函評專家,卓越期刊《Chinese Chemical Letters》青年編委、《分析測試學報》青年編委。主持在研國家自然科學基金面上項目2項(21775088、22176109),主持結題國家自然科學基金青年基金(81303179)、北京分子科學國家實驗室開放基金、中國博士後面上項目等。曲阜師範大學杏壇學者、曲阜師範大學1361人才工程。曾獲中國科學院院長優秀(2008)山東省自然科學獎、山東省高等學校科學技術獎、曲阜師範大學優秀研究生指導教師等。近五年在國內外重要學術會議做邀請報告或口頭報告近二十次,擔任20餘本國內外重要期刊審稿人。

研究方向

趙先恩以往的研究工作主要在分析化學、藥物分析、納米材料合成與套用領域,主要研究特色在代謝組學質譜分析方法領域開展,通過化學同位素標記液相色譜-質譜技術(CIL-LC-MS),開展組學分析方法開發及生物標誌物高靈敏、高通量、高選擇性檢測及活體分析套用,重點關注帕金森病、阿爾茨海默症、腦缺血等活體動物模型,搭建了血-腦雙探針活體微透析取樣技術平台,藉助質譜技術開展了關鍵代謝通路或生物標誌物的定性/定量動態監測與藥理/藥效評價。近年來,研究興趣轉向代謝組/暴露組質譜分析方法學開發與環境與健康領域的分析與機理研究,特別是暴露標誌物發現以及污染物致病機理方面等。

截止2023年4月,共發表SCI論文130餘篇,h-index 31,他引超過2400次(Web of Sci),其中,第一作者或通訊作者SCI論文74篇(中科院一區/二區44篇,入選全球ESI高被引論文4篇、熱點論文1篇),中文核心期刊論文9篇,授權發明專利5項(轉讓2項)。
