個人經歷

1998-2002 中國農業大學理學院,理學學士
2003-2008 中國農業大學理學院,理學博士
2007-2012 美國芝加哥大學化學系,訪問學者、博士後
2020-至今 北京大學化學與分子工程學院特聘研究員

研究方向

利用化學與生物學交叉學科的優勢,採用化學生物學、結構生物學、細胞生物學、分子生物學、基因組學及有機合成等研究手段,對與核酸相關的最前沿與熱點領域RNA表觀遺傳學方面展開研究,具體研究方向如下:
1.研究信使RNA的最主要修飾鹼基N6-甲基腺嘌呤對信使RNA的基因表達、剪下、轉譯等調控功能;
2.研究RNA去甲基修飾蛋白酶的對RNA的調控功能和致病機理;
3.研究N6-甲基腺嘌呤在植物中的功能與機理;
4.利用化學二硫鍵交聯技術對去甲基修飾蛋白酶與核酸複合物的結構解析和功能機理研究。
