本課題組主要運用多種高通量的功能基因組學結合精細的分子細胞學研究手段,探討腫瘤、代謝性疾病以及幹細胞領域相關的重大問題。鑑定參與上述過程的重要功能基因、基因元件以及非編碼RNA等,深入探討其分子機制,為疾病精準診療及再生醫學提供理論和實踐支持。
