譚華榮 ,博士, 研究員,中科院“百人計畫”首批入選者、國家傑出青年基金獲得者,1991年畢業於英國東英大學和英國John Innes研究所,獲理學博士學位。現任中國微生物學會副理事長,中國遺傳學會常務理事、微生物遺傳專業委員會主任,北京遺傳學會副理事長。《微生物學報》主編、《遺傳學報》副主編、《科學通報》特邀編輯。在國內率先開展了微生物發育與分化的分子生物學研究,在國際上首次發現了與鏈黴菌分化有關的發育控制啟動子,並闡明了其作用的分子機制。完成了圈卷產色鏈黴菌尼可黴素生物合成基因簇的克隆、異源表達、DNA全序列分析及基因作用的分子機理研究, 初步揭示了核苷肽類抗生素—尼可黴素的生物合成途徑。在基因表達,轉錄調控方面取得了突出成績,有良好的工作基礎。已在國內外刊物發表研究論文100餘篇,其中SCI收錄刊物論文50餘篇。

研究方向
微生物發育分化和微生物次生代謝的分子調控,以鏈黴菌為模式系統,研究發育分化中基因的時空表達及其作用的分子機制,為揭示生命現象的基本規律及與抗生素生物合成的關係提供理論依據。研究微生物次生代謝的生物合成途徑、途徑改造及其基因的特異調控和全局調控,為定向改良生產菌的生產能力和獲得新的代謝產物提供理論指導。
承擔課題
國家自然科學基金面上項目“鏈黴菌形態分化基因—sabR的調控機制”及“傑多黴素生物合成調控基因—jadR1作用的分子機制”、國家973項目中的課題“農用抗生素的生物合成與調控”,國家863項目“尼可黴素途徑特異性調控及其最佳化”等多項科研任務。
