許紅星,男,博士,河南大學生命科學學院特聘教授,碩士生導師。
人物經歷
2004年,獲河南大學理學碩士學位。
2008-2017年,在中國科學院遺傳與發育生物學研究所農業資源研究中心工作,主要從事小麥抗病遺傳、抗病基因克隆與分子育種等方面的研究。
2018年至今,作為河南大學特聘教授在植物逆境生物學重點實驗室工作。
在Theoretical and applied genetics, Molecular breeding, Plant disease and Frontiers in plant science等農藝學SCI主流期刊上發表論文10餘篇,主持國家自然科學基金項目2項、中科院知識創新重要方向項目1項以及河北省自然科學基金2項等,獲國家發明專利5項。
科研方向
主要研究方向
1.普通小麥及其近緣物種抗白粉病基因的圖位克隆和功能驗證:
小麥白粉病是小麥生產上的重要病害之一。利用不同白粉菌菌株對普通小麥及其近緣種構成的自然群體進行苗期和成株期抗性鑑定,結合群體對白粉菌的反應型和小麥SNP晶片基因型數據進行全基因組關聯分析,鑑定抗性優異的新種質和新基因位點;將抗病種質與感病親本配置分離群體,進行抗性遺傳和標記連鎖分析,精細定位和克隆抗性基因,通過遺傳轉化驗證其抗病性表型,為研究抗病機理和抗性基因的利用奠定基礎。
2.抗病高產和抗病優質的小麥分子育種研究:
抗病性是小麥品種選育的重要因素。以攜帶明確基因位點和標記信息的優異抗白粉病、鏽病和赤霉病種質為供體材料,黃淮麥區高產優質小麥品種為輪迴親本,結合分子標記選擇和回交轉育,培育優異抗病高產和抗病優質新品系/品種,為推廣品種抗病性遺傳改良提供材料基礎。
