藏文研究專家三智才讓先生,三智才讓先生出生於素有“熱貢藝術之鄉”的青海省黃南藏族自治州同仁縣,一次在香格里拉縣城發生的一幕改變了他的人生軌跡!一個叫彭措的藏族孩子被一群同齡人廝打,三智才讓立刻上前勸阻。最後收養了彭措並且教會了刺繡,之後的三智才讓陷入沉思。他決定要收養孤殘孩子並且要教他們一技之長而讓他們立足社會自力更生,回到青海後他創辦了藏族第一家孤殘職業培訓學校,專門收集藏區孤殘孩子學習技藝並無償收養他們。他們共同感受著人間溫暖,傳承著古老文化。三智才讓在創辦學校之際投入了自己的180萬元積蓄,當年經商所賺的積蓄如今已所剩無幾,他收養的孩子越來越多,這些無疑加重了三智才讓肩上的重擔。2008年學校又從塔爾寺搬遷到了西寧南川西路。三智才讓又租了三層的民房作為教室和宿舍。新搬遷的校址條件十分簡陋,昏暗的校舍沒有光線,沒有暖氣。學校搬遷後現在遇到的最大的問題是資金困難,學校需要招聘老師,但是招聘的西寧本地的老師都走了,因為工資低人家不願意乾!方方面面的問題都使得三智老師面臨更多的困難,東跑西跑籌集善款來支撐學校。西寧貢奔香巴林孤殘職業培訓學校需要社會各界的無私援助。

校長三智才讓
三智才讓,上世紀60年代末,出生在安多藏區素有“熱貢藝術之鄉”的黃南州同仁隆務河畔!自幼跟爺爺學習民間藝術,十六歲考入青海民族大學藏語言文化學院。在那裡師從諸多教師學習藏族古典文學,畢業論文《森格雄居民來源問題》在首屆全國藏學座談會上獲得青年作家一等獎。畢業後分配到中國藏學研究中心。在工作之餘拜隆務寺高僧拉德倉和加毛倉等高僧大德為師細緻學因明學等,於1991年,考入青海民族大學攻讀碩士研究生。
1991年懷著振興藏區經濟的赤誠心在西寧長途汽車站對面開拓藏民街市場的先鋒者。
1992年擔任《青海民眾藝術》雜誌開辦草山糾紛為主題的欄目《覺醒警鐘》的編輯任務。
1992年,創辦藏族第一家私利學校“雪域利眾學校”。
1998年新建青海藏家手工藝服務中心。
2001年至2003年應雲南省迪慶藏族自治州邀請香格里拉第一村更名為香格里拉生態文化村,為雲南省迪慶吉堂縣的更名儀式意境圖繪製的“香巴拉堆繡大觀”獲得大上海金氏世界紀錄。
2003年,創辦了非盈利民間組織青海省佛教文化藝術中心。同年又經過青海省新聞出版局批准創辦了藏族私家桑布扎藏文圖書批發中心。
2003年發行了藏族第一個辯經光碟《雪域大辯經》。
2003年舉辦了首屆藏族飲食文化培訓班。
2004年創辦了西寧貢奔香巴林孤殘職業培訓學校。
2009年安然公司授予年度“安然愛心慈善家”榮譽稱號
作品有《藏族文化歷史知識問答》一書2000年由四川民族出版社出版。
《藏文字型》一書2001年由香港天馬出版社出版。
《安多賽宗寺解說》一書由香港天馬出版社出版。
新編的由雲南出版社出版發行的第一本藏族環保為題材的《藏傳佛教的生態觀》獲得世界自然基金會的獎項,並已翻譯成英漢兩種文字。
Samdro Tserang was born in the Amdo Longwu Riverside known as the “Rebgong Art Village” at the end of 1960s. He learned folk art from his grandfather when he was young. At the age of 16, he was admitted into the tibetan languange department of Qinghai University for Nationalities for the study of tibetan classical literature, whose graduation thesis <The origins of the residents in SenGeXiong> has been won the first prize as the young writer in the first National tibetology forum. He found a job in China tibetology studies centre after his graduation and acknowledged the Lhadetsang and Gyamotsang lama as his masters to study sunyavada of buddhism in his spare time. In 1991, he entered Qinghai University For Nationalities for master candidate.
1991, created the tibetan market for the economic development of tibetan areas at the opposite of Xining bus station.
1992, worked for <Qinghai public art> and created the column “Awaken the bell” as an editor to solve the grassplot dispute.
1992, established the first tibetan private school, whose name is “Snowy Region Trace School”.
1998, set up the Qinghai tibetan handicraft service centre.
2001-2003. was invited to Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Yunan Province for the scheme of tibetan culture, and the art work he drew for the renaming ceremony of Jitang County of Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province has been won the Guinness World Record of great shanghai.
2003, established the Qinghai provincial buddhism culture and art centre as the general director, which is a non-profit folk organisation.
2003. was approved by the press and publication bureau of Qinghai province and created the first private tibetan Sambhota tibetan books wholesale market.
2003. published the first tibetan VCD of debating on buddhist doctrine, whose name is <The grand debating on buddhist doctrine of Snowy region>
2003. The first training class about tibetan food culture was held by him.
2004. established the Kumbum Shambaling school for orphan and disabled person, which is the first tibetan orphan school.
2005. won the prize for “Ecology environment protecting of Qinghai-Tibet plateau” in the praying meeting of snowy region.
2007. The Asia Animals Protection Association awarded him the prize.
2009. He was honored with the title of “philanthropist” by Anran Nomo company.
Samdro Tserang has written many books about tibetan culture and environment protecting, whose book <The question and answer of tibetan culture and history> has been published by Sichuan publishing house for nationalities. His books “Tibetan language letterform” and “The explaination of Amdo Samtsong Monastery” have been published by Hongkong Tianma press. The new book named “The standpoint of tibetan buddhism ecology” he wrote has been awarded by World Nature Fundation and put into two languages.
