1995年-1996年 Heidelberg物理化學所,聯合培養博士,德國 Heidelberg 大學物理化學所,研究離子對材料表面改性原理;
1998年9 月-1998年12月 德國重離子物理所(GSI),
DAAD高級訪問學者;
1999年11月-2001年4月
日本京都大學工學院量子材料科學中心,從事極端條件下材料物性研究以及分子動力學技術對相關過程的模擬研究;
2006年 德國重離子物理所(GSI)材料物理組從事單核納米孔製備及其套用研究;目前在北京大學物理學院從事離子束物理及其在生物和納米科學中套用的研究。
