2006年從中國科學技術大學獲得理學學士學位，2012年從美國亞利桑那大學獲得博士學位。2012年至2014年在美國德克薩斯大學奧斯丁分校從事博士後研究工作。2014年8月加入上海科技大學物質科學與技術學院任助理教授。
研究內容
主要研究手段：一是利用低溫超高真空掃描探針顯微鏡技術來研究材料的晶體結構，電子學性質；二是利用低溫強磁場輸運技術來研究二維納米材料中的電子相互作用；三是利用化學氣相沉積方法生長納米材料。 主要研究對象：新型二維材料，包括石墨烯，過渡族金屬硫化物（TMD），拓撲絕緣體等。
