簡歷

1982年獲南京大學理學學士學位，1985年在中國科學院研究生院和中國科學院古脊椎動物與古人類研究所獲理學碩士學位，1990年獲法國普瓦提埃(Poitiers)大學理學博士學位。1990年至2009年任中國科學院古脊椎動物與古人類研究所實習研究員、助理研究員、副研究員，2009年起被中國科學院古脊椎動物與古人類研究所聘為研究員。

研究領域

主要從事研究晚新生代以來以偶蹄類為主的哺乳動物化石及其系統演化、人類起源與演化的環境背景、化石標本無創3D虛擬解剖等工作。

社會任職

《古脊椎動物學報》編委；聯合國防治荒漠化公約獨立專家

科研項目

主持過的科研項目有小龍潭古猿動物群的性質與時代探討，中國鹿類化石研究，東北地區更新世哺乳動物群及古環境，南京湯山駝子洞動物群的研究，化石頭骨三維虛擬復原與解剖，等等。目前主持廣西崇左產“魁人”地區的生物地層研究。

參加過的課題有榆社盆地地質古生物研究，修復周口店遺址項目，國家“九五”攀登項目，南京直立人地點研究，江淮地區晚新生代洞穴、裂隙哺乳動物群序列研究，等等。目前還參加973項目國家重點基礎研究發展規劃項目和中科院知識創新工程項目。
