中國科學院水利部成都山地災害與環境研究所副研究員董志新,女, 山東微山人,博士,碩士生導師,主要基於土壤學、生態學、分子生物學等多學科方法從事土壤生態學、水環境污染生態修復等的研究。

學習與工作經歷:
2004年于山東大學畢業並獲本科學士學位,2007年在西北農林科技大學獲生態學碩士學位,2011年在中國科學院南京土壤研究所獲土壤學博士學位。同年開始在中國科學院、水利部成都山地災害與環境研究所工作。
研究方向及科研工作:
研究方向:(1)土壤碳氮轉化與環境效應;(2)農村水環境污染的生態修復
主持了國家自然科學基金青年項目、中國科學院西部之光重點項目、國家重點研發子課題等多項課題,並先後作為課題骨幹參與973項目、國家科技支撐計畫項目課題、國家自然科學基金重點項目等工作。
