南瓜餅原料:
小南瓜半個、葡萄乾2大勺、黃油60g、糯米粉適量、麵粉適量、枸杞適量、糖適量 南瓜餅做法:
1、南瓜去子,削皮,切成小塊(圖1)。
2、放微波爐裡面大火叮6分鐘,取出,用打蛋器搗成泥,加入適量的糖(圖2)。
3、趁熱先取適量糯米粉放入南瓜泥裡面攪拌,看上去成乾泥即可,再放入麵粉直到能和成麵團為止,糯米粉和麵粉的比例大概2:3左右,最後加入20g左右黃油揉成光滑的麵團(圖3)。
4、取葡萄乾,枸杞,剩下的黃油,糯米粉充分攪拌成陷,以不要有糯米粉灑落在盤裡為止,糯米粉和黃油的比例是3:2左右(圖4-圖5)。
5、南瓜泥分小堆,每個都包上陷料,放油鍋煎到兩面金黃色,趁熱食用(圖6)。
小貼士: 1、麵粉和糯米的分量比較隨意,以能揉成麵團為準。
2、陷料的口感比較香濃,煎好以後,黃油都軟化在裡面,葡萄乾會很甜,麵餅也會非常鬆軟。
3、趁南瓜泥還是燙的先加糯米粉再加麵粉,口感會比較糯。
