葛瓊璇,女,1967年生,中科院電工研究所研究員,博士生導師。中國能源學會理事,中國電工技術學會電氣節能專委會理事。主要從事高壓大功率變流技術及高性能電機牽引傳動控制技術研究工作。先後承擔了國家“九五”科技攻關、“九五”院重大、國家“十五”“863”重大科技攻關專項、國家“十一五”科技支撐等多項重大項目的科研工作。在國內成功研製了基於VME匯流排的高速磁懸浮列車牽引控制系統,打破了國外技術封鎖,填補了該項技術國內空白。作為課題執行負責人,成功研製了基於IGCT的7.5MVA高壓大功率變流器,為單機容量最大的交直交變流器系統,填補了該項技術國內空白,並獲得2009年度電工技術學會科學技術一等獎,北京市科學技術一等獎,2010年度國家科技進步二等獎。另外,在國內外專業期刊、會議上發表論文數十篇,並與人合著書一本,申請發明專利7項,軟體著作權1項,獲專利授權5項。
