葉光亮，男，漢族，1980年4月出生，浙江蒼南人，中國人民大學教授、博士生導師，2002年6月參加工作，1999年11月加入中國共產黨。畢業於美國威斯康星大學密爾沃基分校，獲經濟學博士學位。入選“萬人計畫”青年拔尖人才計畫、教育部新世紀優秀人才計畫；獲霍英東教育基金獎、Emerald卓越引文獎；主持國家自然科學基金、教育部人文社會科學基金等項目。
現任中國人民大學漢青經濟與金融高級研究院教授、反壟斷與競爭政策研究所（ACPC）所長。
主要研究方向為套用個體經濟學、產業組織理論、規制與反壟斷、混合寡頭壟斷等，發表學術論文30餘篇；兼任人大複印報刊資料《產業經濟》執行編委、全國青聯委員。
2017年4月，入選教育部2016年度“長江學者獎勵計畫”青年學者。
