萬迪昉教授，中國—加拿大聯合培養管理學博士，曾在加拿大阿爾伯塔大學進行合作研究，在美國伯克利加州大學做過高級訪問學者。現為西安交通大學管理學院組織與金融學教授，博士生導師，陝西省有突出貢獻專家，享受國務院政府特殊津貼和陝西省三秦人才津貼。任西安交大管理學院現代管理研究所所長，管理學院學術委員會主任，工商管理國家重點學科帶頭人之一，兼西安市專家決策諮詢委員會委員等職。

人物經歷
中國―加拿大聯合培養管理學博士，1995―1996年赴加拿大阿爾伯塔大學進行合作研究。2003年1月至5月在美國伯克利加州大學做高級訪問學者。現為工商管理學科企業管理專業教授，博士生導師。擔任西安交通大學管理學院組織與管理系主任，院學術、學位委員會委員，企業管理國家重點學科帶頭人之一。陝西省有突出貢獻專家，享受國務院政府特殊津貼，中國機械工程學會高級會員，廣西柳州市政府科技顧問，西安工程科技大學客座教授。
