做法
1、將菠菜洗淨分成兩把,分別用微波薄膜包住,高火3分鐘。取出放入水中,再擰乾水分。
2、菠菜切段備用。
3、將燻肉切成適當大小放入器皿中,不罩微波薄膜,高火1分40秒。
4、把所有調料攪拌均勻,然後倒入菠菜與燻肉,再攪拌均勻,即可盛盤。
