菜瓜齏的做法:
主料是:雞胸脯肉 300g 醃醬黃瓜 200g 水發冬筍 150g(我們改良用了蘆筍)150g紅青菜椒 半個 姜 一小塊 蔥一小段 蒜2瓣配料是
鹽 3g 糖 5g 水澱粉 30ml 料酒,生抽 15ml
做法
1. 將雞肉切成小丁。調入水澱粉,鹽和料酒醃製10分鐘。姜去皮和蒜蔥切成碎末,其他蔬菜切橫小丁備用
2. 將醃醬黃瓜切開後放在涼水裡多次漂洗後,切成小丁。
3. 在小碗裡調入調料,勾隊成芡汁。
