原料: 新鮮香菇3朵,蘑菇3朵,洋蔥半個,臘腸2根、糙米、黑米、紅香米各適量。配菜:豌豆粒、玉米粒、紅椒粒(主要是為了好看)、蔥花、炒熟的黑芝麻
做法:
1、洋蔥、香菇、蘑菇、臘腸切粒。用食用油將洋蔥炒香,倒入香菇、蘑菇炒軟,再倒入臘腸粒,加少許鹽雞精調味,出鍋;
2、雜米洗淨,倒入電飯煲,加適量水,泡2~6小時;
3、倒入炒過的菇類,按下煮飯開關,等閘跳起的時候,用鏟子鏟鏟勻,拌入豌豆、玉米的紅椒粒,稍微燜一下;
4、出鍋前撒黑芝麻,蔥花即可。
小貼士:
雜米最好提前泡,如果實在來不及,也沒事,加幾滴食用油,會讓米飯很軟。不過這個飯就不必了,因為炒菜時已經加油了。
