植物生態學、群體遺傳學、基因組學

學術成果

利用群體遺傳和基因組學數據,以十字花科物種等做為模式,研究基因組水平上的物種分化模式與種群動態歷史,解析其適應性進化的遺傳學機制及其相關資料庫的構建。以第一作者或通訊聯繫人在Molecular Ecology、PNAS、DNA Research、Cell Research、BMC Genomics等期刊上發表一系列研究論文。任職以來,講授《生物學計算機編程》《計算生物學科研訓練》《計算生物學項目實踐》等課程。構建並維護生命科學學院計算生物學數據分析平台(計算集群)。
