研究方向
(1)棉花多肽信號對脅迫回響調控的分子機制及功能型多肽開發利用研究
以棉花和模式植物擬南芥為研究材料,採用基因組、Ribo-seq和多肽組等多組學整合分析策略,利用分子生物技術手段(基因編輯、蛋白互作及修飾等),展開棉花回響脅迫(鹽、旱和黃萎病害)的功能型多肽篩選、功能解析及活性多肽開發利用研究。
(2)植物非生物脅迫回響分子機理研究
以模式植物擬南芥和新疆荒漠鹽生植物異子蓬為研究對象,在分子水平上開展植物耐鹽、旱等分子機理研究,涉及小肽-受體信號模組調節植物鹽、旱脅迫信號的傳導過程、新的耐鹽、旱調節因子的挖掘及其調節的分子機制。
