個人經歷
2016年入選江蘇省青藍工程中青年學術帶頭人,2014年2月至2015年2月以國家公派訪問學者身份訪問澳大利亞西悉尼大學。聶小兵副教授長期從事網路動力學分析與控制、不連續系統、分數階系統的研究,近年來已在IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems、IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics、IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems-II、IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks、 Neural Networks、Nonlinear Analysis、Computers and Mathematics with Applications、International Journal of Systems Science、 Applied Mathematics and Computation、Neurocomputing等國際重要學術刊物上發表SCI和EI論文30餘篇,SCI引用480餘次,H-指數為12。已主持完成國家自然科學基金(青年基金)、江蘇省自然科學基金(青年基金)、教育部博士點基金和中國博士後基金各一項,現主持國家自然科學基金面上項目一項。
