聶天曉現任職電子信息工程學院副教授,2006年畢業於山東大學微電子專業。並於同年在復旦大學物理系攻讀博士學位。而後,赴美國加州大學洛杉磯分校電子工程系器件研究室,從事博士後研究。並於2017年獲得北京航空航天大學卓越百人計畫資助。
