聯合國國際友好交流協會，是為世界範圍內的跨國企業公司、團體和其他組織提供國際性友好交流的國際非政府組織。
聯合國國際友好交流協會的職責是應會員和企業的需求，擴大和世界各國的經濟、文化、商業、藝術、教育、健康等領域的友好交流，並努力為各領域搭建友好交流平台，促進各領域在世界範圍內的良好發展。
聯合國國際友好交流協會的會員來自於世界範圍內的優秀的企業家，知名品牌公司，著名經濟學者，文化傳播使者，知名藝術家以及各領域的知名學者專家。
協會章程中文
第一章總則
第一條本會是世界範圍內的各國國際友好交流團體，名稱為聯合國國際友好交流協會。英譯名為THE UNITED NATIONS INTERNATIONAL FRIENDSHIP & EXCHANGE ASSOCIATION，簡稱“UNIFEA”。
第二條本會作為國際外交組織，致力於促進世界各國廣交深交朋友，奠定和擴大各國友好關係的社會基礎，為促進世界和平與繁榮發展做出應有的貢獻。
第三條本會以增進人民友誼、推動國際友好合作、維護世界和平、促進共同發展、加強國際文化經濟藝術交流為工作宗旨。
第四條本會本著平等自願的原則，開展全方位、多層次、寬領域的國際友好交流工作，為世界的和平與繁榮努力奮鬥。
第二章工作
第五條開展世界各國國際友好交往，組織代表團互訪，舉辦紀念慶典，倡議和主辦研討會、洽談會、論壇等交流活動，增進與各國人民之間的相互了解，建立信任，發展友誼。
第六條推動國際合作，建立交流機制，搭建合作平台，促進世界各國在經濟、科技、人才等多領域的務實合作，為實現互利共贏、共同發展創造有利條件。
第七條開展世界各國國際文化交流，派出和接待文化藝術團體和人士到不同國家進行友好訪問，舉辦演出和展覽，促進世界各國文化互鑒，加深了解和友誼。
第八條協調管理世界各國友好城市關係的工作，推動世界各國的友好交流與合作。
第九條積極參加其他國際非政府組織的交流活動，有效傳遞世界各國經貿文化合作信息。
第十條發展世界各國的國際友好力量，建立對不同地區和國家的友協團體，聯繫各國友好組織、社會團體和人士，向為國際友好做出重要貢獻的組織和人士，分別授予榮譽稱號、友好貢獻獎等。
第十一條致力於維護世界和平、人類共同安全的事業，聲援各國人民爭取國家發展、社會進步、維護主權和安全的正義鬥爭。
第十二條開展其他有關各國國際友好交流合作工作。
第三章會員
第十三條本會實行單位會員和個人會員相結合的制度。
第十四條世界範圍內各有關部門、社會團體、友協團體，以及各省、自治區、直轄市和所屬城市的國際友好協會可以成為本會單位會員。各會員單位推舉代表擔任本會單位理事。如代表的工作崗位發生變動，會員單位應該另行推舉代表，並報聯合國國際友好交流協會常務理事會審批。
第十五條本會可聘請世界各國的社會知名人士擔任特邀理事，特邀理事即為本會個人會員。
第十六條本會單位會員代表和個人會員須遵守各國所在國憲法和法律，對觸犯刑法的，自動撤銷其理事資格。
第十七條本會會員應該遵守本會章程，為實現本會宗旨而承擔一定工作，積極參加本會組織的國際友好交流活動，並有權享受本會提供的在國際友好交流方面的服務。
第四章機構
第十八條本會最高權力機構是聯合國國際友好交流協會理事會，每屆任期五年，除任期開始時召開一次全體會議外，屆中至少還應再召開一次。
第十九條聯合國國際友好交流協會理事會的組成應注意廣泛性和代表性，由上一屆理事會與社會各界協商決定。
第二十條聯合國國際友好交流協會理事會的職權：
（一）審查本會工作報告，決定工作方針和任務；
（二）根據形勢發展和工作需要修改本會章程；
（三）決定聘請名譽會長、名譽顧問和顧問；
（四）選舉會長、副會長和秘書長。
第二十一條會長、副會長和秘書長組成常務理事會，主持本會日常工作並負責向聯合國國際友好交流協會理事會報告工作。常務理事會可決定組成人員的個別調整，但必須經下一次全國理事會追認。常務理事會可決定設副秘書長若干人，並建立必要的辦事機構。根據需要，常務理事會可決定臨時召集全國理事會會議。
第五章經費
第二十三條本會經費來源：
（一）世界範圍內社會各界的捐助；
（二）本會舉辦活動的收入；
（三）世界各國政府資助。
第六章會徽
第七章附則
第二十五條本會會址設在美國。
第二十六條本章程經聯合國國際友好交流協會理事會會議通過後生效。
第二十七條本會終止需經聯合國國際友好交流協會事會會議參會理事三分之二以上多數討論通過方為有效。
第二十八條本章程的解釋權屬聯合國國際友好交流協會。

Article2Asanongovernmentaldiplomacyorganization,theAssociationmakesfriendsanddeepensfriendshipintheinternationalcommunityandvariouscountriesaroundtheworld,laysandexpandsthesocialbasisoffriendlyrelationsamongcountriestomakeduecontributionsfortheworldpeaceandprosperity.

Article3TheaimsoftheAssociationaretoenhancepeople’sfriendship,furtherinternationalcooperation,strengtheninternationalexchangesintheareaofculture,economics，artsandotherareas,safeguardworldpeaceandpromotecommondevelopment.
Article4Intheprincipleofequalityandvoluntariness,theAssociationcarriesoutall-directional,multi-levelandbroad-areapeople-to-peoplefriendshipworktomakeduecontributionsfortheworldpeaceandprosperity.
ChaptertwoFunctions
Article5TheAssociationcarriesoutfriendlyinternationalcontactsamongcountriesbyorganizingexchangeofvisitsofdelegations,holdingcommemorativeactivities,initiatingandhostingexchangeactivitiesincludingseminars,talks,forumstoenhancemutualunderstanding,builduptrustanddevelopfriendshipwithpeopleofothercountries.
Article6TheAssociationpromotesinternationalcooperationbyestablishingcontactmechanisms,buildingcooperationplatformsandfurtheringpragmaticcooperationineconomy,scienceandtechnology,talentsandotherareas,tocreatefavorableconditionstoachievewin-winresultsandcommondevelopment.
Article7TheAssociationeffectsinternationalculturalexchangeswithothercountriesbydispatchingorhostingculturalgroupsorpersonalitiesonfriendlyvisits,sponsoringperformancesorexhibitionstopromotelearningfromeachotherintheculturalfieldandenhanceunderstandingandfriendship.
Article8TheAssociationcoordinatesandoverseestheworkofestablishinganddevelopingfriendship-cityrelationsamongcountries,promotingexchangesandcooperationbetweentheirlocalitiesandcities.
Article9TheAssociationactivelyparticipatesintheexchangeactivitiesofotherinternationalnongovernmentorganizationstoeffectivelycommunicateinformationineconomics,tradeandculturecooperationamongcountries.
Article10TheAssociationworkstodeveloptheforceofinternationalfriendshipamongcountriesbykeepingcontactswithfriendlypersonages,organizationsandpublicsocieties,andconferringseparatelyuponorganizationsorpersonagesthathavemadeimportantcontributionstopeople’sfriendshipthehonorarytitle.
Article11TheAssociationengagesinthecauseofsafeguardingworldpeaceandcommonsecurityofhumankindandsupportsthepeopleofvariouscountriesintheirjuststruggletoachievenationaldevelopmentandsocialprogressanddefendsovereigntyandsecurity.
Article12TheAssociationcarriesoutotheractivitiesforthefriendlycooperationamongpeoples.
ChapterThreeMembership
Article13TheAssociationadoptsthesystemofcombininggroupandindividualmemberships.
Article14Relevantstatedepartments,publicsocieties,friendshiporganizations,andfriendshiporganizationsofprovinces,autonomousregionsandmunicipalitiesdirectlyundertheGovernmentaswellasfriendshiporganizationsofcitiesundertheirjurisdictionmaybecomegroupmembersoftheAssociation.ThememberunitsrecommendtheirrespectiverepresentativestobetheAssociation’sgroupcouncilmembers.Incasetherepresentative’sworkingposthaschanged,thememberunitconcernedoughttorecommendanotherrepresentativeandreporttotheExecutiveCounciloftheAssociationforapproval.
Article15TheAssociationmayinviteanumberofnotedpublicfigurestobeitsspecially-invitedcouncilmembers,whoareitsindividualmembers.
Article16TherepresentativesoftheAssociation’sgroupmembersandtheindividualmembersmustabidebytheConstitutionandlawsofindividualcountryandanymemberwhoviolateslawswillbedeprivedofmembershipautomatically.
Article17ThemembersoftheAssociationmustobserveitsstatutes,undertakesomeworktorealizeitsaims,activelyparticipateintheinternationaldiplomacyactivitiesorganizedbytheAssociation,andhavetherightstoenjoytheservicesprovidedbytheAssociationininternationalcontacts.
ChapterFourOrganizationalStructure
Article18ThehighestorganofauthorityoftheAssociationisUNIFEACouncil.Thetermofeachsessionisfiveyears.Inadditiontothegeneralmeetingheldwhenanewsessionstarts,atleastonemorecouncilmeetingshouldbeheldbetweensessions.
Article19InthecompositionoftheUNIFEACouncil,attentionshouldbepaidtoitsextensivenessandrepresentativeness,anditshouldbedecidedbytheprecedingCouncilandvariouscirclesofthesocietythroughconsultations.
Article20FunctionsandpowersoftheUNIFEACouncil:
1,toexaminetheworkreportoftheAssociation,anddecideontheworkpoliciesandtasks;
2,toamendthestatutesoftheAssociationasrequiredbydevelopmentofthesituationandtheneedsofwork;
3,todecideoninvitinghonorarypresident,honoraryadvisorsandadvisors;and
4,toelectpresident,vicepresidentsandsecretary-general.
Article21Thepresident,vicepresidentsandsecretary-generalformtheExecutiveCounciltoattendtotheday-to-dayworkoftheAssociationandisresponsibleforreportingitsworktotheUNIFEACouncil.TheExecutiveCouncilmaydecideonindividualadjustmentofitscomposition,butitmustbesubsequentlyconfirmedbythenextNationalCouncilmeeting.TheExecutiveCouncilmaydecidetoappointanumberofdeputysecretaries-generalandsetupofficesneeded.Whenrequiredbyneeds,theExecutiveCouncilmaydecidetotemporarilyholdtheNationalCouncilmeeting.
Article22Provinces,autonomousregionsandmunicipalitiesdirectlyundertheGovernment,aswellascities,districtsandcountiesundertheirjurisdiction,maysetupfriendshiporganizationsofcorrespondinglevelswhenitisdeemednecessary.Aspeople’sorganizationsofcorrespondinglevels,friendshiporganizationsofprovinces,autonomousregionsandmunicipalitiesdirectlyundertheGovernment,orofcities,districtsandcounties,accepttheguidancefromfriendshiporganizationsofahigherlevelintheirwork.
ChapterFiveFunds
Article23ThesourcesoftheAssociation’sfundsare:
1,Donationsfromvariouscirclesintheworld;
2,IncomesfromactivitiessponsoredbytheAssociation;and
3,Subsidiesfromthegovernments.
ChapterSixAssociationEmblem
Article24TheAssociation’semblemmaybehungatoffices,activityplacesandmeetingplaces,printedonpublicationsandsouvenirs,andmadeintobadgesforwearing.
ChapterSevenSupplementaryProvisions
Article25TheAssociationislocatedinUS.
Article26ThestatutesshallbecomeeffectiveuponitsadoptionbytheUNIFEACouncil.
Article27TheterminationoftheAssociationshallbecomeeffectiveonlyupontheapprovalbytwo-thirdsofthecouncilmembersthroughdiscussionattheUNIFEACouncilmeeting.
Article28ThepowerfortheinterpretationofthestatutesresidesintheUNIFEA.
