基本情況

工作簡介

1.肉品評定及質量控制：肉羊屠宰技術、肉品評定、羊肉質量追溯系統、羊肉新產品開發、羊肉保藏及包裝技術及質量控制等（已系統研究南江黃羊、波爾山羊、蘇尼特羊、敖漢細毛羊、灘羊等綿山羊品種肉品質，已獲國內授權專利1項，在審專利1項）；

2.羊的營養與飼料：羊常用飼料營養價值評定、不同品系種羊和商品育肥肉羊系列化配方研究、種羊和商品肉羊綜合配套技術組裝和集成、羊營養標準及規模化飼養綜合配套技術研究；

3.動物營養與動物繁殖學交叉學科：提高羊繁殖性能的營養調控技術，不同營養水平與胚胎質量關係等，重點是VE的營養調控及分子機理（已獲1項國內授權專利）;

4.分子生物學：動物營養分子生物學等（主要是肉質形成及調控的分子機理）；卵母細胞體外成熟、胚胎體外早期發育以及VEGF的信號轉導等（已獲1項國際授權專利）。

研究方向

羊營養與飼料、肉品評定及質量控制、羊營養與動物繁殖交叉學科、分子生物學。

科研情況

現為農業部肉羊產業體系崗位科學家。20多年來，一直以綿山羊為研究對象，從事相關教科研工作，主持或參加完成省部級、國家級課題10餘項。獲得國家級、省部級等科研獎勵6項。先後數十次參加國際學術會議及國內學術會議，做大會發言，6次獲學術會議優秀論文。擁有1項國際授權專利、2項中國授權專利和2項申請專利。主持國家自然科學基金項目3項，並為產業化示範項目、國家“863”項目、國家科技支撐項目、北京市重點項目等課題的主要完成人。已培養20餘名博士碩士研究生。
