基本情況

工作簡介

1.肉品評定及質量控制:肉羊屠宰技術、肉品評定、羊肉質量追溯系統、羊肉新產品開發、羊肉保藏及包裝技術及質量控制等(已系統研究南江黃羊波爾山羊蘇尼特羊敖漢細毛羊灘羊等綿山羊品種肉品質,已獲國內授權專利1項,在審專利1項);
2.羊的營養與飼料:羊常用飼料營養價值評定、不同品系種羊和商品育肥肉羊系列化配方研究、種羊和商品肉羊綜合配套技術組裝和集成、羊營養標準及規模化飼養綜合配套技術研究;
3.動物營養與動物繁殖學交叉學科:提高羊繁殖性能的營養調控技術,不同營養水平與胚胎質量關係等,重點是VE的營養調控及分子機理(已獲1項國內授權專利);
4.分子生物學:動物營養分子生物學等(主要是肉質形成及調控的分子機理);卵母細胞體外成熟、胚胎體外早期發育以及VEGF的信號轉導等(已獲1項國際授權專利)。

研究方向

羊營養與飼料、肉品評定及質量控制、羊營養與動物繁殖交叉學科、分子生物學。

科研情況

現為農業部肉羊產業體系崗位科學家。20多年來,一直以綿山羊為研究對象,從事相關教科研工作,主持或參加完成省部級、國家級課題10餘項。獲得國家級、省部級等科研獎勵6項。先後數十次參加國際學術會議及國內學術會議,做大會發言,6次獲學術會議優秀論文。擁有1項國際授權專利、2項中國授權專利和2項申請專利。主持國家自然科學基金項目3項,並為產業化示範項目、國家“863”項目、國家科技支撐項目、北京市重點項目等課題的主要完成人。已培養20餘名博士碩士研究生。
